There are comment lines in the code of the page to help you navigate. All you need to do to get started is to replace this text (and images) with your own.
To change the colours or use background images for the whole site only requires editing one line of the stylesheet.
About the page layout
On this page, the navigation links are in the main column, but on subsequent pages they are in horizontal divs at the top of each page. You can copy any div and content from one page to another, but make sure any links still reach the correct destination. You can open any page you like in a simple text editor and save it as a new page, then alter it to suit.
