Everything experienced by someone has brought them to this point – here and now.
None of that experience IS here and now, but the ONE that experienced it is.
When a whole life is imaged like this – seemingly out of nothing more than a quiet space at the right time – the opportunity of a lifetime becomes apparent. Doing needs to pause and allow BEING regularly:
Limited only by disabilities and means, we are free to choose exactly how the journey progresses.
A concrete example: One’s enduringly favourite songs, which remain favourites for good reasons, can be templates for your own future songs.
Our experiences can be squandered if we don’t make space for reflection. Keeping a diary or journal (or writing a book!) feeds the process of further developing consciousness from our experiences.
