It's interesting, having followed the news about climate change (it isn't really news, the science was clear enough for action 50 years ago) to listen to what people say and do.

e.g. We have to joy ride 30,000 miles a year, or we'd lose our council tax benefits

e.g. President of the biggest "Free, De3mocracy" in the world travelling to Climate Summit in an airoplane the size of a small town.

People seem so bewildered by the noise of this 'civilisation' (I.E. commercial enterprise) that they don't realise who or where they are...
